Midstream
TSE is able to offer an extended package of processing plants for the desulfurization of natural gas, suitable for gas sweetening, such as amine plants, claus plants and stretford plants. Our wide knowledge in engineering, procurement and construction allows us to design and build all the necessary equipment for the Hydrogen Sulfide and Carbon Dioxide Removal dealing with also Sulfur treatment and recovery.
OUR SOLUTIONS
Our highly-skilled team of engineers always strive to find the better plant that fulfills your requirements. Effective removal of hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide from gas isn’t just a compliance issue; it’s a critical step in improving safety, protecting equipment and meeting sales specifications.
Amine plants
One of the most employed process for acid gas removal consists of amine gas treating. The operation requires the usage of aqueous solution, amines, such as DEA, MEA, MDEA, DIPA. Because of the extracted natural gas is a sour gas that contains high concentration of H2S and CO2, gas must be processed in order to eliminate every corrosive element. The amine solution, contained in a tower, has an affinity for Sulfur absorbing it. The amine solution can be reused to treat sour gas, like in the NGL extraction. The same process occurred in Glycol Dehydration, where water is absorbed from the gas.
Claus
The acid gas removal, in particular Hydrogen Sulfide, is combined with a sulfur recovery system. Claus process enables you to create elementar Sulfur preventing any waste from your plants. The thermal and catalytic reactions involved in this process permit the extraction of Sulfur.
Stretford plants
Stretford plants represent a suitable Midstream solution for the Sulfide Acid removal in case the content of Sulfur in acid gas was low. Our expertise in finding cost effective solutions and tailored packages allows us to suggest you the best plant for your necessities.
