Midstream
TSE with its wide knowledge of all the steps involved in Upstream, Midstream and Downstream solutions is capable to offer high quality dehydration units after the desulfurization process. The dehydration step is a relatively small part within the full carbon dioxide capture and storage (CCS) chain, yet this unit plays an important role in maintaining the integrity of the system, because helps to prevents hydrate formation and corrosion complications. TSE guarantee you excellent system to save cost and increase longevity of your investments.
DEHYDRATES NATURAL GAS STREAM
The water removal process consists of two main processes: the absorption of water thanks to a dehydrating agent, as Triethylene Glycol (TEG), and the adsorption of the condensate water vapor on the surface. A desiccant serves to absorb water vapor from the gas: glycol has a chemical affinity for water facilitating dehydration process. Glycol is useful to attract the water out of the natural gas while inhibiting hydrate formation and pipelines’ deterioration. After having removed the water content, the natural gas is transporting out of the dehydrator. The glycol solution is then put inside a boiler able to vaporize the water out of the solution. Because of the different boiling point between water and glycol, water can easily be removed in order that dehydrating solution will be reused once more in the process. Entrust us with the equipment for dehydration unit so as to prevent problems for Downstream solutions.
