CRUDE OIL DISTILLATION
Thanks to crude oil distillation unit you will be able to obtain valuable endproducts. The different boiling point ensures the production of naphta from petroleum distillation. Additional treatment processes guarantee other refined products such as gasoline and kerosene.
DESULFURITAZION
TSE offers the appropriate equipment to reduce Sulfur content inside refined petroleum products while meeting demanding regulations and customers specifications. Thanks to the heat and pressure, Sulfur is separated from the Hydrocarbon and then the Hydrogen atoms add to Sulfur forming H2S.
CRACKING OF CRUDE OIL
Due to high temperature and pressure, the catalytic cracking allows hydrocarbon molecules to produce:
1. Petrol (gasoline – cars)
2. Kerosene (jet fuel)
3. Diesel
The Hydrocracking process uses a large amount of Hydrogen. In the process the long chains of molecules are split into shorter ones forming lighter products. We foster our customers to produce high-quality clean fuels.
CRUDE OIL BLENDING
Blenders enable a consistent control on quality and cost of crude oil ensuring precise measurement based on the specifications. Viscosity trim blenders are able to enhance the quality of blends. In order to produce high-quality fuels, blending technology allows to control density, viscosity and Sulfur content. Thanks to our equipment we give the opportunity to our customers to integrate measurements and system control for a perfect optimization of crude oil.
